The three of us without a reservation for a "nightcap" in the fat dog. Quaint and cozy atmosphere. Delicious draft beer. Very courteous and attentive service. But the head hammer is the owner himself. A very extensive and well-founded advice for whiskey, rum and gin. One has the feeling that he has already drunk from every bottle or made it himself. Descriptions and recommendations were 100% right. This is definitely a highlight and a must for every Kaufbeuren visit. Conclusion: If you want to drink a well-kept beer in a casual atmosphere or if you don't yet know what you want to drink, this is the place for you. Absolute recommendation!

Cozy atmosphere, nice service, large selection of drinks. Pizza terrible, almost inedible. In general, the food is not a culinary highlight, there is still much air to the top, but as a pub a nice place.

Always good. Eat delicious, different alcoholic drinks in high quality. Staff friendly and boss competent. Regular special offers. Ideal for meeting with friends, eating and talking. Music discreetly in the background ... I do not want to miss the big dog. Something like home.
